Due to the digital nature of our online courses, all sales are final. Once access to a course has been granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
We encourage prospective students to review course descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues accessing your course or believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
In rare circumstances, course exchanges or refunds may be considered at our discretion prior to course access being completed.
